So for today’s Lazy Link Friday I found out that the MGM Disney Ride, Star Tours, is going to get a complete revamp! Click here for the full article!

What do I have to say about this? About time! It’s a classic, and always one of rides I demand to visit whenever going to MGM, but I always leave wondering why it’s been forgotten by ol’ George up in his fancy ranch. Well, looks like he hasn’t forgotten after all. Rumors are that that Lucasfilm has been secretly shooting new footage for the ride that includes a cast of Boba Fett, Admiral Ackbar, Tuskan Raiders, Jawas, and of course R2-D2 and his sidekick (yeah, I said it) C-3PO. Makes me wonder though, how do Admrial Ackbar (that fish looking guy), C-3, R2, and Mr. Fett all fit into the same 2-minute story that would include a bumby ride through space? Mmmmm....

One final word; awesome.

Revolution Youth Group is putting together a blog site where we can serve you with youth and video devotions, blog posts from our students & leaders that will share our thoughts or links to anything interesting, and a heads up on what might be going on with us!
